Shipping & Handling

All orders are sent using Sendle or Australia Post. You will receive a tracking number with all shipments. All items are in stock and can be sent on the day of cleared payment. 

We are currently offering a Pick-Up Service which may be terminated due to our relocation. There is currently a local delivery service with a charge of $5. 

If you place a 2nd order before your 1st order is dispatched and you pay a 2nd postage fee, you will receive a refund of this amount. If you are pre-empting a second order feel free to contact us for a one off Free Postage code.

There will be a change in postage fees in the upcoming weeks. We will be calculating your postage fee via weight which will determine the postage fee. We will let everyone know when this change is occurring. 

International Postage is sent via Australia Post only unless the customer arranges another courier with us. International Postage fees are determined solely via Australia Post.

Due to COVID-19, there are delays on all parcels. We would like you to take into consideration this and use the tracking num her provided with your order to follow your parcel's journey. 

In the events that your order goes missing in the post, we will either let you know or wish that you contact us in regards to the next options.
